There’s no denying that 2020 was a bumpy ride with lots of twists and turns. This past year has undoubtedly brought many challenges to all of us. Despite the changes, we managed to make some of them work for our benefit. 2020 introduced us to work from home, online conferences, and lots of takeout delivery. As for Skilo, we’ve managed to achieve some pretty good results, let’s dive into last year’s summary.
Working from home or living at work?
When the pandemic hit, our houses became our office, living space, parks, gyms, and restaurants – the ultimate all-in-one experience. There were few hilarious background moments during calls. Also, we have found new ways of having fun with the coworkers at our online office parties. Needless to say instead of face-to-face meetings and kitchen chats we had more online calls, emails, and salesforce chatter posts.
Gathering virtual crowds
With that said, Skilo also had to switch all of the events online. We accepted the challenge and did 7 webinars in total! We also participated in 3 online conferences, one of them was Salesforce LIVE 2020! Thank you for joining our webinars and tuning into our presentations at the events. Good news for everyone who was interested in knowing more about employee engagement – we plan to continue our webinar series in 2021! So stay tuned for the topics of our next online events 🙂
New Release and Application Updates
We are proud to inform you that Skilo had recently had a new application release! On top of that, we had new excellent reviews from our customers! You can always check and try it on Salesforce Appexchange.
As for the changes in the application, we have now completed our 1,5-year journey with fully adapting Skilo to the Salesforce LEX! Improved performance, optimized processes, and an upgraded interface.
On top of that, our team made some advancements in the application to the Training, Recruitment, and Review/Feedback. There is a completely new version of recruitment project management with a very intuitive interface that you can access on one screen. You can give feedback and reviews to your fellow coworkers and reward them for their achievements with new cool badges.
What does 2021 hold for Skilo?
We’re stepping into 2021 with the confidence even though it literally says 2020 won. New year, new goals, and new modules for Skilo.
