To solve these challenges, we’re excited to announce the addition of some great new features to the Skilo app built to keep your team’s work processes humming in the background so you can focus on the work that matters.
Gather better Feedback, have a better understanding
As part of the Skilo rollout, we’re introducing new possibilities to give Feedback. Add comments to feedback records for both recipient and sender.
The extended “Give your feedback” option can now relate the Feedback to business and development goals and competencies. Adding collective Feedback is simple – ask and provide generic Feedback unrelated to any specific record.
But it doesn’t end there. We also made it possible for you to add and see Kudos in the Feedback tab available in the Structure section but limited to only your team.
Review, assess, rate
As a Skilo administrator, you can now decide whether the NA column fields should be active for specific types of reviewers (e.g., only for 360 review members or Manager Review). The correct option is created in the scale record used for the final employee rating.
You were not prepared for this one – now Skilo calculates and displays the weighted average goals compilation on the review summary. We are talking about calculating the realization of all objectives included in the review, which covers business goals and the summary section.
Stand out with your creative work
If your creativity is a massive contribution to the work you’re doing, we created a new checkbox in Time Reports just for you. Now you can mark your task as creative and adequately report your originative input.
