That was intense! Lots of industry events, application modules extension, winning another market and getting customers with “creating best employee experience” attitude to HR management… Last year wasn’t easy – of course in the best sense of the term. As we are planning new projects, we’re aware that the new one won’t be a piece of cake as well!

Our portfolio includes 6 fresh brands. New customers use Skilo in territories that we have known for years like the United States and Poland. Lately, we’ve started cooperation in Spain, which was our first project in this country.
The expansion of the product is already confirmed by the pace of our business development.
In addition, the application gained more developed modules and new components. Of the most striking changes, Skilo has a new look and is fully adapted to the Salesforce LEX*.
We also took care of our inside!
After all, it’s not just appearance that matters 🙂 Taking care of it, we have expanded modules focusing on knowledge development and management. We have created a more advanced model of cascading goals, working time reporting, employee assessments and generating applications. In 2019, we also added further components in development and management by objectives modules.
To provide a convenient tool for our clients, we have enabled the integration of business goals with data from the Salesforce CRM Data and improved the generation of documents by using the Document Generator. For Skilo users it’s an easier and more flexible way to create documents based on system data.
We’ve also organized 5 HR Breakfasts, which have gained a great group of enthusiasts. Industry experts, CEOs, as well as HR passionates, are our regular guests! Thanks to this high engagement, we have gained hundreds of friends and supporters. With them, we acquire countless opinions, ideas and issues that we are ready to face in the upcoming years.
What are we most proud of?
The development of the application, new customers and many events – that we both organized and participated in – are the great result of work that the whole Skilo team put in during the last 365 days. In addition to these “tangible” results, we have achieved something else that we are equally happy with and that drives us to the action!
We’ve spread the news that the focus on employees is effective and helps to build an even greater commitment, accelerates the development and efficiency of both business and people working on it.
At Skilo, we strengthen this approach by providing broad access to data and modules for employees, managers and HR specialists, creating and supporting efficient and simple HR management processes.
How do we know it works? More than 5000 satisfied users of the HR platform who log into the system and use its modules assure us with that. Recruitment, training, assessments and feedback, MBO or development management, as well as communication in the company through Skilo Chatter. Every day they are used and evaluated by the most demanding customers.

In 2020, we are preparing further projects that will improve Skilo’s functionality, engage employees and create new opportunities for cooperation with the platform.
